Our Client is an international trading and manufacturing company (food), in connection with active development, announces a competition for a vacant position — Project Manager, South of Ukraine.

Main functional responsibilities

— Project management of the work groups;

— TPM, LEAN coaching, establishing 5S routines in plant;

— Defining major losses and scope of optimization projects, projects rollout planning;

— Improvement of productivity of areas;

— Establishing routines for sustainable development – Operational reviews (shift, daily, weekly), Key Performance Indicators;

— Training of members and support of launching of TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Goal Alignment, Educational and Training);

— Audit of compliance to Corporate Instructions on Safety, Quality and Efficiency of production;

— Start-up of new products and production lines

— Support with annual capital projects portfolio development

— Support with capital investments budgeting

— Control and support of capital projects implementation:

— Business-case development,

— design development and approve with HQ and local authorities,

— Time-scheduling,

— Risks estimation and mitigation actions plan development,

— Equipment purchasing,

— Civil works management,

— Equipment installation and commissioning,

— Contracts preparation and payments control,

— Management of environmental protection projects,

 

Requirements for candidates

— Technical University Degree;

— Min 4 years of experience on Project managers positions;

— Upper intermediate English

— Strong PC user;

— Ability to lead and develop team;

— Experience in the management of projects and operating budgets;

— Analytical skills to evaluate business and market conditions and incorporate them into strategies;

— Willingness to move South of Ukraine;

— Willingness to business trips;

— Real Experience reorganization of technical process;

— Cost saving projects experience;

— Development and installation new line and process (food technologies);

— Experience with Quality and R&D as advantages;
