A fast-growing innovative company, one of the leaders in the consumer electronics industry, is looking for Head of Sales department, Almaty

Company offer:

— Competitive salary;

Main responsibilities:

— Managing of CE Kazakhstan Retailers, including close collaboration with Product Managers, Supply Chain Team, Sales Administration Team;

— Planning of promo-campaigns (demand simulation, sell-out and budget planning);

— SKU matrix and pricing policy management (phase in/phase out/EOL models management to replace for a new ones);

— Controlling over complete cycle of budget approvals;

— Processing of sell-out reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis, rebate calculation with Sales Admin Team and confirmation to customers;

— Hiring local staff: KAM, Trade marketing manager;

— Motivating and supporting of team;

— Government relations;

— Business security responsibility;

— Certification;

— Week/Month/Quarter/Annual target achievement;

— Reporting

Main requirements:

— 2 years and above in relevant business (Сonsumer Electronics, IT vendors, federal retailers or FMCG);

— National/Regional level account management experience;

— Clear product production/ delivery & forecasting processes understanding, stock management experience;

— Level of English: intermediate;

— Sales and customer oriented mentality;

— High level of Excel usage experience;

— Target orientation, proper negotiation skills with ability to convince through argumentation;

— Initiative & active personality;

— Good team-player;

— Excellent presentation skills
