Foreign Trade Production Сompany, successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, looking for Quality & Food Safety Manager, Vinnitsa Region

Offering conditions

Main responsibilities:

−  Management of the Technical and Quality Process and Procedures, providing technical guidance, training, and support to the Operations and the wider site team.

− Ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements, company objectives, and KPIs.

− Audit production material and product suppliers.

− Handle all Quality Control and Compliance inspections, audits, and follow-up communications.

−  Maintenance and continuous improvement of a HACCP based Quality Management System

− Investigate and document raw material, product in-process, and final product deviations.

−    Investigate and document all customer complaints and issue a decision on the case. If a product is involved decide on disposition. Proper handling and disposition of all production materials and products.

−    Provides leadership in the development, training, and maintenance of the plant Food Safety and Quality Programs.

−  Maintains consistent communication and fosters teamwork between all local personnel, departments, and shifts, as well as, other company locations and corporate Q&FS department.

−    Responsible for developing and monitoring plant sanitation programs to ensure a safe and wholesome product supply.

−    Liaising with customers, statutory bodies and external parties during audits and visits

Qualification requirements:

— Higher education;

— Minimum 3 years of experience as Manager of Quality Assurance & Food Safety

— High technical or managerial experience in Food Safety and Quality positions in food or agrifood industry

— English at the fluent/upper-intermediate level. Ability to speak and write;

— Working knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP, Food Legislation and Food Hygiene

— Experience in ISO, BRC, and HACCP implementation from 0 (e.g. in a new production plant).

— Auditing Experience

— Experience in quality management in an international company for more than 3 years;

— Leadership experience & ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
