Major player in the global branded spirits industry — with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets around the world — is looking for Commercial Director, Kyiv

Company offer:

Main responsibilities:

— Defining & implementing Commercial policy & RTM plan in On & Off-Trade channels according to the strategy of companny;

— Defining & implementing 5-year strategic commercial development plan, participating in P&L and Budget planning & review processes;

— Development & execution of annual commercial plans for Distributors & NKA to provide sustainable profitable growth;

— Delivering sales results (volume & value) in order to meet financial targets (Net Sales, Gross Margin, EBIT);

— Building numeric horizontal & vertical distribution for Company’s brand portfolio in Off- & On-Trade channels and developing new trade channels – e-commerce, B2B;

— Trading terms control, TPR & commercial A&P budget steering;

— Supervise overdue minimization;

— Building long-term relationship with key partners (KA & Distributors), running annual negotiations & contracting;

— Leading, motivating and development of Commercial department team: National Distribution Manager, 5 Regional Sales Managers, 5 Key Account Managers, 1 Key Account Executives, On-Trade Manager, Brand Ambassador;

— Setting quantitative and qualitative targets & KPIs for all direct reports (sell-in, sell-out, ND, overdue collection, etc.), defining personal annual development plans;

— Participating in new employees’ hiring & training process;

— Together with Marketing creating annual trade marketing plans for Off- & On-Trade, POS materials, BTL and all other marketing activities;

— Together with Marketing creating annual brand plans for company’s priority brands;

— Leading Rolling Sales Forecast (RSF) process;

— Leading CRM implementation with all Distributors.

Main requirements:

— University Degree (Economics or Business are preferred);

— 5+ years experience with similar functionality responsibilities (The alcohol market is an andvantage);

— Strategic sales planning experience;

— Successful experience in achieving key indicators within 6 months;

— Planning and budget managing experience ;

— Team managing experience;

— Strong leadership, conceptual, and creative skills;

— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.

— Fluent English

— Willingness to travel;

— An advanced user of MS Office.
