The plant of the production water heaters and electric convectors (a division of an international company), announces a competition for the position of Chief technologist of production / Process manager (production of domestic appliances), Odessa.

Responsibilities:

—        Coordinate  with Production, Industrialization and R&D, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain departments following case: test in production and pilot series

—        Coordinating taken action with outside suppliers;

—        Organize and manage of creating new procedure and application & training of these procedures;

—        Follow the indicators and find key point to correct or improve the OEE by equipment or sector;

—        Lead (decide, plan, follow) improvement projects;

—        Coordination operations in degraded mode (not normal & usual) with production;

—        Respect internal rules respect (discipline, safety, hours, regularity…);

—        Make benchmarking the solution with other plant of Group of company and companies – competitors.

Requirements:

—        Mass production work experience in International enterprise;

—        Management experience;

—        Technical education, engineer diploma;

—        Knowledge of technology of painting, enameling, welding, bending, stamping,  assembly

—        English — from upper intermediate level, readiness to pass an interview in English

—        Knowledge of problem resolving methods & analysis methods: FMEA, 5M, Lean Manufacturing, 6 sigma, etc.

—        Computer knowledge: word, excel, access, 1C
