What are the terms of collaborations with clients-employers?

Recruiting company NRG has individual approach to every client. We work on the following payment conditions:

  •  Upon actual employee’s placement into vacant position in Client Company.
  • On terms of prepayment: in amount of 25-30%, the remaining fee is paid according to the result of candidate placement into vacant position.
  • On ‘cancellation fee’ terms. We agree with a Client Company on provision of 3-5 candidates who maximally meet the requirements (the actual number depends on project complexity, availability of candidates with specific professional knowledge, rare specialities etc.), the Client Company considers these candidates, conducts personal interviews with them. In case the Client Company did not select either of the interviewed candidates, the Recruiting Company NRG gets 25-30 percent of the agreed project fee. If necessary, we continue the search, interviewing and presentation of candidates, with the observance of terms mentioned above. 65-70 percent of the total costs of successfully realized recruitment project are paid within 3-5 bank days after the Client made his/her choice.

Is there any prepayment while providing of services? Why?

Sometimes our service payment terms envisage a pre-payment. These funds are consumed for the market research, and use of paid professional resources and costly research methods at the stage of personnel search. For further information do not hesitate to contact our specialists by phone or e-mail.

Is there any discount for several projects?

Yes. The discounts are available in case of the exclusive form of collaboration. We are also ready to provide you with the discounts if you assign 5 and more projects. The discount amount is agreed on the individual basis.

Does your company have regional offices and do you take regional projects?

No, Recruiting Company NRG has only one office in Kiev. We are planning to open the regional offices in future. We do have successful experience with regional projects of different complexity degree. We are recruiting in regions and if it is necessary we are not only interviewing the candidates by phone, but also organize interviewing of potential candidates by one of our consultants sent on assignment trip to the region.

NRG ensures a free one-time replacement of candidate if the recruited candidate didn’t pass probation period (within 100 calendar days after the candidate started his/her work). If there is no appropriate candidate for replacement found or such replacement is not required, NRG returns the fee excluding the amount proportional to the number of calendar days that passed from the first working day of the dismissed employee, based on the rate of 1/100 of the fee for each calendar day. However, the amount of repayment can not exceed 50 percent of the total amount of fee.

NRG guarantees that our Consultants will not address your employees with any job offers within the terms of their placement at your company. Exception is the case, when an employee informs you about the intention to look for another job. Thus NRG consultant must check up this information personally from the supervisor of such specialist or personnel director (manager) of your company.

Does your Company render the services for candidates? How much does it cost?

Recruiting company NRG does not render services for candidates. However you could send us your CV using the special form on our website, and if we have an appropriate vacancy, we will contact you for sure. Possibility to find worthy work is free of charge.

How do you check up professional qualification and personal characteristics of candidates?

  • Analysis of written documents (CV, recommendations).
  • Interview (for the estimation of professionalism, qualification and presentation skills of a candidate).
  • Acquisition of data about a candidate for the experience estimation.
  • Testing (professional and psychological) can take place, if the confirmation of professional knowledge and skills or personal characteristics of a candidate is needed. The service is implemented only upon additional request from the Client (the additional cost of testing is agreed). If the Client wishes to test a candidate according to his/her own tests adopted and accepted in a company, he/she sends tests to Recruiting Company NRG. It is included in the cost of recruitment project. In this case, the completed tests are sent to the Client.
  • For the profile testing on the contracting basis we cooperate with experts for the required direction. Additional expenses estimate is agreed and confirmed in advance.

Which are the methods of recruitment?

NRG determines basic channels of information, potential candidates and companies for the search. If necessary, the «map of search» will be discussed and corrected by Client.

For the search of potential candidates the Recruiting Company NRG uses:

  • Technology of direct search.
  • Head-hunting.
  • Search in database.
  • Search upon business community recommendations.
  • Search through the specialized exhibitions, seminars, work with Universities.
  • Advertisements in the proper resources in the Internet and mass media.
  • Additional methods of recruitment: among the high-school graduates, institutes of post graduate education, business schools, using of the professional associations (forums, professional clubs). NRG recruits and selects candidates in accordance with the declared goals and requirements of Client Companies.

How many consultants work with one project?

Every recruitment project is carried out by our consultant with an assistant. Candidates applying to top vacancies get approval and confirmation by the Director of Recruiting Company NRG. A leading consultant of the Recruiting Company NRG can also be a single contact person for communications with Client Companies in case of implementation of several recruitment projects and the client’s requirement to communicate with one agency consultant.

How much time does it take to close the project?

The duration of staff search and recruitment depends on the project volume and is agreed with the Client Company.

Usually the process of search and recruitment of specialists and personnel of middle and top level takes approximately 3-6 weeks from the moment of signing of the contract and start of recruitment work. The work on the project begins the next day after signing of the contract. Selection and search of entry level specialists lasts 2-4 weeks. Terms can be modified depending on position complexity. We believe in your understanding regarding the observance of declared terms in case of changes of critical requirements to the required specialist.

How many candidates will you provide?

Usually we provide three to five candidates, who completely meet the requirements, but the number can be increased in different cases.

Do you collect candidates’ references?

Collecting references about every candidate is the essential procedure of our agency. We collect references from candidate’s colleagues or managers. The Client Company receives information about candidate’s team work experience, his/her loyalty, personal characteristics and his/her efficiency as a specialist.

We can provide the references from the previous job only in case if the candidate fits the job and gets an approval on vacant position in the Client Company and the job offer is signed.
