Our client is a foreign representative of the biggest world wide leasing and Rental Corporation, providing financial and operational leasing with full spectrum of services, announces a new vacancy for Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kiev
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning, assessment of current state and forecasting the company;
- Financial Management department (5 persons including Chief Accountant);
- Coordinate cross-functional interaction of the entire structure of the company;
- Planning, budgeting;
- Serving as a member of the credit committee of the company;
- Managing cash and negotiable assets;
- Develop and implement fiscal policies of the company (tax optimization);
- Ensuring economic security company;
- Preparation and submission of reporting IFRS for Head Office;
- Negotiating with the banks;
- Rreparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
- Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics / finance);
- Additional education as a plus;
- Knowledge of international financial accounting standards IFRS (certifications);
- English - fluent;
- Experience in leasing or banking structure on the post of CFO or financial manager from 3-5 years
