RISK MANAGER, KIEV
Our client is a foreign representative of the biggest world wide leasing and Rental Corporation, providing financial and operational leasing with full spectrum of services, announces a new vacancy for Risk Manager, Kiev.
The main responsibilities:
- Consideration of financial documents , financial analysis of lessee (corporate clients, work only with legal entities);
- Development and implementation approaches for quantitative / qualitative estimation of financial risks, analysis of credit risks.
- Preparation of documents for the credit committee ;
- Return of troubled loans (currently in the portfolio of the company there is a zero troubled loan);
- Analysis of company’s financial documents (balance sheets, credit history, etc.);
- Reporting on the quality of the portfolio;
- Cooperation with financial, legal and sales departments;
- Credit Policy and internal procedures development;
- Credit risk assessment of the portfolio;
- Participation in the credit analysis of corporate clients;
- Working out measures on minimizing risk, loss calculation and risk management;
- Report on the meeting ot the Credit Committee ;
- To be a part of Top management of the company and to be a Chairmen of Credit Committee;
- Reporting to the line managment
The main recuirements:
- Higher Economic/Financial education;
- Additional education is a plus;
- Experience of working on a related position (preferably in a leasing company or bank) not less than 2 years;
- Experience in preparation of documents for Credit Committee;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Experience in work with corporate clients;
- Ability to read the company’s balance sheet;
- Strategic thinking;
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Reliable;
- Charismatic;
- Responsible;
- Ability to decide independently;
- Ability to hold one’s own;
- Defender of the company’s interests;
- Self - sufficient
