Our сlient, one of the leading foreign FMCG company, successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is looking for a specialist on the position Head of Sales, in Kiev.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic sales planning
- Processes of interaction between sales, logistics and marketing organization and implementation;
- Trade marketing strategy for all sales channels controlling and implementation;
- Long-term and medium-term plans development;
- Sales analysis for the implementation of the distribution channels development;
- The number of distributors optimization, their work and requirements to them regulation;
- Setting goals and objectives before the sales team to promote the Territory;
- System of pricing and assortment policy for all sales channels development and implementation;
- Staff management and motivation. Motivation system adjustment according to the market changes. Strategic development of the sales team in the territory of Ukraine;
- Management of the sales department budgets;
- Reporting to the Director of the company
The main requirements:
- Higher Education;
- Excellent computer skills, preferably knowledge and experience in SAP (knowledge of ERP systems);
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of national manager, head of sales, commercial director in large multinational companies;
- Experience in creation of a successful direct and indirect distribution in the territory of Ukraine;
- Excellent knowledge of the FMCG market: key players in the market, successful distributors;
- Knowledge of the financial, economic and logistic process mechanisms in the large companies;
- Experience in planning and budgeting;
- Successful experience in staff management;
- Experience in starting, restarting, and control of distributors;
- Motivation of distributors and partnership establishment;
- English - fluent;
- Be ready to business trips
