Our client, a large foreign company, one of the leading players in construction and development, in connection due to expansion of its activities in Ukraine, is looking for a specialist on the position of PROJECT MANAGER, Odessa
Main responsibilities:
- Process management of projects realization: creation of multiproduct shopping centers from the ground up to “turn key”;
- Controlling process creation at all stages of the project;
- Organization of tenders for outsourcing (consulting companies, in the conceptual phase, the selection of projectors and contractors during the building phase, etc.);
- Creation of working group including recruitment and administration process during several years;
- Management of risk and budget projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education (construction, technological, economic);
- Experience in national and international of investment and construction projects;
- Successful experience in building different formats of large objects as shopping centers, office centers, residential complex, participation in all stages of the project, without exception, at positions not lower than deputy;
- Ability to manage projects;
- Successful management experience;
- MS office, to be able to understand specialized information technology project management (MS Project, Primavera), including the design and the estimate calculation (Smeta-ry), design (AutoCAD), investment and financial models;
- Reporting to senior management;
- English - Fluent.
