Our сlient – one of the leading production FMCG company successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine is looking for a specialist on the position Category Manager (confectionary) in Kiev.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs of the channel (qualitative and quantitative);
- Taking part in the development of channel strategy;
- Provide Category assortment planning;
- Make recommendation on price strategy;
- Determine medium/long term Category objectives for all channels;
- Space Management;
- Prepare category sales plans;
- Conduct training on the product;
- Field visits, control merchandiser standards;
The main requirements:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of finance;
- Merchandising;
- Knowledge of trade marketing;
- Experience in sales;
- Successful 1-2-years and more experience as ASM, RSM in an international company;
- Perfect knowledge of trade channels;
- Level of English – fluent
